The extension was not easy given it was built on top of an existing garage with difficult access but you bent over backwards to make sure everything we asked for was done and with your determination,at the best possible price. Your efforts to keep the project within our price has not gone unnoticed and we really do appreciate your time spent in doing so.

When we brought this property several years ago, we knew building a deck with an extension to our roof on the side of the house was going to be a huge job.

After several quotes from other company’s, we found Maddison Constructions to be the most professional, reliable and the cost to be very reasonable.  Their ideas were outstanding and the design was everything we wanted.

We found that Ben and his team at Maddison Constructions put their heart and hard work into building our dream deck.  Nothing seems to be a trouble when we wanted to make changes.

As we are a family who loves to entertain, this beautiful deck has allowed us to do so in a relaxed environment.  We have also received many lovely comments from friends/family and people in the profession on how the quality of the finished product came together in the end.

Maddison Constructions built us a beautiful deck that has opened up a new area of entertainment on our property and a great outlook. We were so impressed with the quality and quick turn around we asked for some ideas for our new 150m2 shed and granny flat.

Ben from Maddison met with us and gave us some great ideas and within no time our plans were ready for council. Ben and his staff from day one worked efficiently and the final product was completed on time, to budget and his eye for detail showed in the quality finish.

The team at Maddison Constructions recently transformed our house with the addition of a new room and entrance to our Pole home at Tamborine Mountain.  We had been contemplating the extension for some time, but once we met with Ben we were sure we had made the right decision.

When I started this project in my mind “if I ever built a swim school” 15 years ago I just had the idea of the type of cover I would like and the feeling of the school but never really expecting to build another one.

In November 2007 when I bought the property I put together a vision. I look at the whole project and my heart flutters you have taken my vision and made it a reality. There are no words that I can really say to you only thank you for taking my vision and making it a reality.  

Ben, this was not just a job to you your whole heart went into it, you and the boys should really be proud of yourselves for what you have achieved you have taken a sows ear and made it into a silk purse.

You over saw the whole project, were extremely professional but still made it my dream and you were always considerate of my wishes and again for this I thank you. 

John and Mark have been great, always polite, considerate, clean and professional they are a great asset to Maddison Constructions.
